Summary
This study tests whether psilocybin is safe for veterans with spinal cord injury who also have depression. Thirty participants will receive low, medium, or high doses and be monitored for side effects like pain, muscle spasms, and blood pressure changes over 13 months. The goal is to see if psilocybin can be used safely in this group and how it affects mood.
