Summary
This study tests whether psilocybin therapy can help people better cope with chronic low back pain. About 30 adults aged 25-70 who have tried other treatments without success will receive a dose of psilocybin along with preparation and follow-up support sessions. The main goal is to see if pain interferes less with daily activities like walking, mood, and sleep.
