Summary

This study tests whether psilocybin (the active ingredient in magic mushrooms) combined with talk therapy can safely reduce depression and anxiety in people with advanced cancer. About 30 adults with incurable cancer who are on maintenance treatment will receive the therapy. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps improve emotional well-being.
