Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called PRTH-101, alone or with the immunotherapy pembrolizumab, in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (like lung cancer) that haven't responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 270 participants will be enrolled.
