Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called PRTH-101, given alone or with another cancer drug (pembrolizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the drug behaves in the body. About 270 participants will take part to help determine if this approach is worth studying further.
