Summary
This study tested whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections work better than steroid/anesthetic shots for sacroiliac joint pain. Fifty adults with confirmed SI joint pain received either PRP or standard steroid injections. Researchers measured pain levels and disability scores to see which treatment provided more relief.
