First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments for stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing or sneezing). One uses injections of platelet-rich plasma (a substance made from your own blood) around the urethra, and the other is a standard surgery that places a supportive sling. The trial will enroll 42 women and measure success with a cough stress test.
