Summary
This study aims to compare two different injection treatments for people with early-stage knee arthritis. Researchers will give 60 participants either a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection or an activated cytokine-rich serum injection into their knee joint. The main goal is to see which treatment is better at reducing pain and improving knee function over three months.
