Summary
This study tests whether injecting a woman's own concentrated blood platelets into the vaginal wall can improve sexual function and reduce dryness caused by menopause. Thirty women with genitourinary syndrome of menopause will receive either PRP or a placebo injection. The goal is to see if this simple, natural treatment can ease uncomfortable symptoms and improve quality of life.
