First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether injecting a woman's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the vaginal wall can improve sexual function and reduce dryness caused by menopause. About 30 postmenopausal women with vaginal irritation will receive either PRP or a placebo injection. The goal is to see if this simple, natural treatment can ease symptoms without long-term medication.
