First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) made from a woman's own blood into the vaginal wall can improve sexual function and reduce dryness caused by menopause. About 30 postmenopausal women with vaginal irritation will receive either PRP or a placebo injection. The goal is to see if this simple procedure can safely ease common menopause symptoms.
