Blood plasma shot may restore sperm production in infertile men

Summary
This study tests whether injecting a man's own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into his testicles can help him produce sperm. It includes 10 men who have already had a failed sperm retrieval procedure. The goal is to see if PRP can improve the chance of finding sperm for IVF.
