Summary
This study tests whether combining platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with microneedling works better than microneedling alone for macular amyloidosis, a skin condition causing itching and dark patches. Thirty adults will receive both treatments on different sides of their face, and results will be checked with photos and skin exams. The goal is to see which approach reduces symptoms more effectively.
