Summary
This study tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the vocal cords can improve voice quality and quality of life for people with vocal fold sulcus, scar, or atrophy. About 48 participants aged 10 and older will receive the injection and be followed over time. The goal is to see if this simple treatment can ease symptoms like hoarseness and vocal strain.
