Summary

This study is looking at how well Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections work for long-term tendon pain in the knee, Achilles, elbow, or foot. Researchers will track 2,000 adults for 12 months to see if PRP reduces pain and improves function. The goal is to better understand who benefits most from this treatment.
