This study looks at how combining blood tests (proteomics and genomics) with CT scans can help predict the worsening of heart artery disease. It involves 310 adults aged 50-75 who have early signs of artery buildup but no symptoms. The goal is to better understand who is at risk for disease progression, not to test a new treatment.
