Summary
This study aims to identify proteins in blood, saliva, and sputum that can help doctors predict organ damage and how well patients with EGPA (a rare inflammatory disease) or severe asthma respond to the drug mepolizumab. Researchers will analyze samples from 90 participants before and after starting treatment. The goal is to find less invasive ways, like saliva tests, to monitor disease and personalize therapy.
