Summary
This study looks at how plant-based and whey (dairy) protein affect muscle building in older adults, especially those with muscle loss (sarcopenia). Researchers will measure how the body processes these proteins using special tracer techniques. The goal is to find the best protein type to help prevent or treat muscle loss in people aged 50 to 95.
