NCT ID NCT07547176
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how healthy young adults aged 18-35 process protein from whole foods like beef patties. Twenty participants will eat different amounts of minced beef (1, 2, or 4 patties) on separate days. Researchers measure how much protein is burned for energy over 24 hours to understand the body's response to different protein doses.
