Can a supermarket protein drink speed up your Post-Workout recovery?
NCT ID NCT07497113
Summary
This study tested whether drinking a commercially available high-protein yogurt drink helps muscles recover faster after tiring exercise. Healthy adults aged 18-45 were given either the protein drink or a placebo drink without protein. Researchers measured muscle soreness, strength, and blood markers to see if the protein drink improved recovery over several days.
