Summary

This early-phase study tests a new combination of two drugs for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The first drug helps the body's immune cells attack cancer cells, while the second aims to boost that attack. About 40 participants will help find the safest dose and check for side effects.
