Summary

This study tests a drug called 225Ac-J591 that delivers radiation directly to prostate cancer cells. It is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can lower PSA levels, a marker of cancer activity.
