Smart radiation aims to zap prostate cancer recurrence with fewer side effects
NCT ID NCT05328505
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a smarter way to give radiation to men whose prostate cancer has come back after surgery. Using advanced scans, doctors will give higher radiation doses to the spots where cancer is active and lower doses to healthy areas. The goal is to control the cancer while reducing side effects. The trial will enroll 80 men and follow them for up to 5 years.
