Summary
This study compares three different radiation treatment approaches for prostate cancer to determine which provides the best balance of cancer control and manageable side effects. Researchers are testing whether shorter, more intense radiation courses work as well as or better than standard treatments. The study involves 503 men with prostate cancer who are suitable for high-dose radiation therapy.
