Summary
This study tested a special PET scan (18F-DCFPyL) to see if it could find cancer spread in 50 men with castration-resistant prostate cancer whose standard scans were negative or unclear. The goal was to improve detection of hidden metastases. Results may help doctors choose better treatments earlier.
