First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 40 times

Summary

This study is looking at why some prostate cancers come back after radiation treatment. Researchers will use advanced MRI scans and biopsies to see how the tumor responds to radiation. About 300 men who are about to have radiation or whose cancer has returned after treatment will take part. The goal is to better understand treatment failure and improve future care.
