Heart vs. cancer: study tests which prostate treatment is safer

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two standard hormone therapy combinations is safer for the heart in men with advanced prostate cancer. It will compare leuprolide plus abiraterone acetate against relugolix plus abiraterone acetate in 72 men who are also receiving radiation therapy. Researchers will use heart scans and blood tests to measure heart health and see if one treatment causes less damage to the heart and blood vessels.
