Tracking Cancer's path: genetic clues in prostate monitoring

NCT ID NCT05810467

Summary

This study aims to understand how genetic risk factors affect prostate cancer progression in men who choose active surveillance instead of immediate treatment. Researchers will follow 200 men with low-risk prostate cancer, comparing those with higher genetic risk to those without known risk factors. The study will track disease progression through regular monitoring and analyze various biological samples to identify patterns and biomarkers.
