First seen Jun 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aims to find which of three drugs—abiraterone, enzalutamide, or apalutamide—works best as a first treatment for veterans with prostate cancer that still responds to hormone therapy. About 192 veterans will be randomly assigned to one of the drugs, and researchers will measure tumor growth and testosterone levels. The goal is to improve personalized care and outcomes for veterans.
