Veterans study aims to find best First-Line prostate cancer treatment

Summary
This study is for veterans with prostate cancer that still responds to hormone therapy. It compares three different drugs (abiraterone, enzalutamide, and apalutamide) given alongside standard hormone therapy to see which one controls tumor growth best. About 192 veterans will participate, and researchers will track tumor growth rates and side effects.
