First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two drugs (fasudil hydrochloride and a PD1 inhibitor) to standard hormone therapy before prostate cancer surgery can improve outcomes. About 83 men with locally advanced or limited spread prostate cancer will participate. The goal is to see if this combination leads to fewer cancer cells remaining after surgery.
