First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two drugs (fasudil hydrochloride and a PD1 inhibitor) to standard hormone therapy can better shrink prostate cancer before surgery. About 83 men with locally advanced or limited spread prostate cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this combination leads to no cancer left in the removed prostate or only very tiny tumors left.
