Summary
This small, early-stage study tested the safety of combining two drugs, abemaciclib and darolutamide, in men with advanced prostate cancer that had spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The main goal was to see if the combination was safe and tolerable for patients. Researchers also looked for early signs that the treatment might help slow the cancer's growth.
