Summary
This study tests a new drug called aglatimagene besadenovec (given as an injection) along with valacyclovir in 45 men with intermediate-risk prostate cancer who are about to get radiation therapy. The main goal is to see where the drug goes in the body and how it affects the immune system and tumor markers like PSA. It is not a cure, but aims to improve how well radiation works.
