Searching for a crystal ball for prostate cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT06600802

Summary

This study aims to find molecular markers in a patient's original tumor tissue that can predict whether their advanced prostate cancer will respond to a targeted radiation treatment called Lu-PSMA. Researchers will analyze DNA and RNA from tumor samples of 120 men with metastatic, castration-resistant prostate cancer who are scheduled to receive Lu-PSMA. The goal is to identify biological signatures that can tell doctors in advance which patients are most likely to benefit from this treatment.
