First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study compares a standard monitoring schedule for men with low-risk prostate cancer to usual care. The goal is to see if a clear plan for when to start treatment can reduce unnecessary treatments and side effects, without allowing the cancer to progress. About 2008 men with early-stage prostate cancer will take part.
