Tracking prostate cancer without immediate treatment

Summary

This study aims to better understand how prostate cancer behaves in men who choose active surveillance instead of immediate treatment. Researchers will monitor 100 participants using remote symptom tracking and collect tissue samples to study genetic factors. The goal is to learn when intervention might be needed and identify patterns in cancer progression.
