Summary
This study tested whether adding gaze-direction recognition training to standard physical therapy could reduce headaches and improve balance in people with cervicogenic headache (headache caused by neck issues). 38 adults aged 35-49 took part. The goal was to see if this special training lowers headache frequency and duration, and improves postural stability.
