Summary
This study tested whether adding gaze-direction recognition training to standard physical therapy can reduce headaches and improve balance in people with cervicogenic headache—a headache that starts from the neck. Thirty-eight adults aged 35 to 49 took part in an 8-week program. Results showed that the extra training helped lower headache frequency and duration while also improving postural stability.
