Summary

This study tested whether adding gaze-direction recognition training to standard physical therapy can reduce headaches and improve balance in people with cervicogenic headache (headache caused by neck issues). 38 adults aged 35-49 with this condition took part. Results showed that the extra training helped lower headache frequency and duration, and improved postural stability.
