Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of green propolis extract and royal jelly can reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in people with chronic kidney disease or high blood pressure. Over two months, 153 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers and gut bacteria to see if the supplement helps control disease-related inflammation.
