Summary
This study aimed to find the most effective dose of the sedative drug propofol to help adult patients stay comfortable and still during the first part of a colonoscopy. Researchers tested different doses on 27 patients to see which one worked best for inserting the scope without causing pain or movement. The goal was to gather knowledge to help doctors use the right amount of sedation for future procedures.
