Summary

This study tested a program called PROPEL that combines group exercise with self-management strategies for people recovering from stroke. The goal was to see if it helps them stay physically active after leaving rehabilitation. The study enrolled 57 adults at 6 hospitals, comparing PROPEL to exercise alone, and measured activity levels 6 months later.
