New sinus implant aims to ease chronic sinusitis symptoms

Summary
This study is testing the safety and performance of the Propel drug-eluting sinus implant in 100 people with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) in Japan. Participants have sinus surgery and receive the implant to help control inflammation and keep sinuses open. The main goal is to see how symptoms change over 3 months using a standard questionnaire.
