First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a free rideshare service to help diabetic retinopathy patients with Medicaid get to their eye doctor appointments. The goal is to see if providing transportation helps patients attend visits more regularly, which can prevent vision loss. About 60 English-speaking adults who live within 25 miles of the clinic will take part.
