Summary
This study looked at 102 children who had surgery for a heart problem present at birth. After surgery, they were placed on their stomachs with their heads raised at different angles (10°, 30°, or 45°) to see which position best helps their heart and lungs recover. The goal was to find the safest and most effective angle to improve breathing and feeding tube tolerance.
