Border families get moving to fight heart disease and obesity

Summary
This study aims to help Latino families in San Diego and Mexicali become more physically active to prevent obesity and heart disease. About 290 parents and children ages 6-11 will take part in community-based programs. Researchers will measure activity levels and fitness to see if the program works.
