Summary
This study tested three treatments for chronic low back pain in 84 adults aged 18-70: standard physiotherapy, balneotherapy (spa therapy) plus physiotherapy, and prolotherapy (dextrose injections). After four weeks, researchers measured pain, disability, mobility, quality of life, and mood. The goal was to see which approach works best in the short term.
