Breakfast and exercise may boost classroom focus in children
NCT ID NCT06555627
First seen Jul 09, 2026 · Last updated Jul 10, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a high-protein breakfast and morning exercise, alone or together, improve children's focus and behavior in the classroom. About 40 children aged 6-11 will be split into four groups: both breakfast and exercise, breakfast only, exercise only, or neither. Researchers will observe classroom engagement and measure brain blood flow using a special helmet.
