Summary
This study tests whether a condensed form of PTSD therapy, called Massed Prolonged Exposure (M-PE), can help people who are also being treated for substance use disorders. About 168 adults will either receive M-PE alongside their usual substance use program or continue with standard care. Researchers will track PTSD symptoms, substance use, and quality of life over six months to see if the fast-track therapy leads to better outcomes.
