Summary
This study aims to create a detailed map of the cells lining the airways in healthy people. By analyzing gene activity in individual cells from different parts of the respiratory tract, researchers hope to better understand how chronic lung diseases develop. Fifteen healthy, non-smoking adults will provide samples via brushing or biopsy. No treatment is involved; the goal is purely to gather knowledge.
