Summary

This study looks at people with high blood pressure in Kazakhstan to find out how many also have early signs of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Researchers will track about 1,282 adults over time, checking urine and blood tests. The goal is to understand how often CKD goes undiagnosed and what treatments patients receive, so doctors can improve care.
